THINGS TO NOTE
- Please redeem your Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket by 4:30PM on your day of visit at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counter before proceeding to the attraction.
- Good Old Days Set / Kids Meal is redeemable at Good Old Days during operating hours, unless otherwise stated.
- Arbora Set / Kids Meal is redeemable at Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak during operating hours, unless otherwise stated.
- Each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only. Each e-ticket can only be used once.
- Once the ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilized and cannot be reused on other days.
- No partial redemption of any e-ticket shall be allowed.
- Cable Car operating hours: 8:45am - 10pm (Last boarding 9.30pm).
- SkyPass (Round Trip) includes one round trip in a Standard Cabin on the Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line only.
- SkyPass Premium (Round Trip) includes one round trip on SkyOrb cabin and Sentosa Line.
- SkyOrb Cabin operates on the Mount Faber Line, boarding either at Mount Faber Cable Car station or Sentosa Cable Car station.
- Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car.
- Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony Show Duration: 20 minutes per show. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your booked time slot. Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony admission will be at the discretion of the attraction host.
- For online purchases, Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony ticket is open-dated and will require advance reservation at http://mfleisure.com/WOTReservation. Seat availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Kindly be informed that Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony Standard seats are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. No further amendments will be allowed once the time slot has been confirmed.
- SkyHelix Sentosa seat availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Due to safety reason, guests under 1.05m in height are not allowed on SkyHelix Sentosa. Guests between 1.05m and 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult
- Children aged below 4 and meet the height requirement of 1.05m may enjoy complimentary admission to SkyHelix Sentosa, subject to seat availability. Please proceed to the nearest ticketing counter to redeem the tickets and provide evidence of age for verification purpose.
- SkyHelix Sentosa is not suitable for expectant mothers, guests with a fear of heights and guests with limited mobility.
- As part of our safety protocols, please note that all guests of SkyHelix Sentosa must be able to fasten the safety belt to enjoy the ride. Guests who are unable to do so will not be able to ride. A test seat is available at the attraction. Please reach out to our staff for assistance. If you have any concerns, you may wish to write in to guestrelations@mflg.com.sg before purchasing your tickets, and we will respond to you within 3 business days.
- Good Old Days: Reservation must be sent to gold@mflg.com.sg 3 working days in advance.
- Blackout dates apply at Good Old Days: 31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan, 6-8 Feb 2027.
- Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak: Reservation is encouraged through https://mountfaberdining.com/pages/arbora/ as seats will be subjected to availability for walk-in.
- Blackout dates apply at Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak: 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan, 13 – 15 Feb 2027.
- All confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or amended.
- No extension of validity period will be entertained.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group will deny usage of tickets and admission, if the tickets are found to be duplicated.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the right to refuse redemption if required documents are inadequately furnished.
- In the event of any dispute, Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the discretion of a final decision based on our electronic records.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
