THINGS TO NOTE
- Each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only and can be used once only. Once scanned, the ticket is deemed utilized and cannot be reused.
- No partial redemption of any e-ticket is allowed.
- Cable Car operating hours: 8:45am - 10pm (Last boarding 9.30pm).
- SkyOrb Cabin (Round Trip) includes one round trip on SkyOrb cabin only.
- SkyOrb Cabin operates on the Mount Faber Line, boarding either at Mount Faber Cable Car station or Sentosa Cable Car station.
- SkyOrb charm is redeemable at Singapore Cable Car Gift Shops @ Mount Faber Peak and @ Imbiah Lookout, and Sentosa Shop @ Sensoryscape.
- Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car.
- SkyHelix Sentosa operating hours: 10am - 9.30pm (Last boarding 9.15pm). Admission is first-come, first-served, at the discretion of the attraction host.
- By entering SkyHelix Sentosa, guests agree to abide by the attraction’s prevailing operating guidelines. You may refer to https://www.mountfaberleisure.com/attraction/skyhelix-sentosa/ for the operating guidelines.
- For safety reasons, guests under 1.05m in height are not allowed on the ride. Guests between 1.05m and 1.2m or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Child definition: 4-12 years old (before 13th birthday). Children below 4 years old and meeting the height requirement of 1.05m may enjoy complimentary admission, subject to seat availability. Proof of age is required at the ticketing counter.
- This ride is not suitable for expectant mothers, guests with fear of heights, or guests with limited mobility.
- As part of our safety protocols, please note that all guests of SkyHelix Sentosa must be able to fasten the safety belt to enjoy the ride. Guests who are unable to do so will not be able to ride. A test seat is available at the attraction. Please reach out to our staff for assistance.
- SkyHelix Sentosa ticket does not include any choice of drink or souvenir.
- All confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or amended.
- No extension of validity period will be entertained.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group will deny usage of tickets and admission, if the tickets are found to be duplicated.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the right to refuse redemption if required documents are inadequately furnished.
- In the event of any dispute, Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the discretion of a final decision based on our electronic records.
