This limited-time experience by Bocuse d'Or 2025 Top Asian Chef Mathew Leong presents a curated 3-course menu where Nordic culinary roots meet Asian flavours in a creative blend of technique, seasonal ingredients, and uninterrupted sunset views from your private cabin.
1. Heritage Peranakan Tingkat: Highlighting the rich flavours and unique blend of Chinese, Malay, and other influences that define this iconic cuisine.
2. Champagne Cabin: Savour a bottle of premium champagne and 2 curated charcuterie boards. Perfect for romantic occasions or special celebrations.
3. Beer Cabin: Enjoy a refreshing tower of Tiger Beer and a selection of bar bites for a more casual and relaxed Cable Car Sky Dining experience.
Things to Note
- Minimum 2 pax to go, maximum 4 pax per cabin.
- Registration at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak prior to boarding Cable Car Sky Dining at least 15 minutes prior to your booked timeslot. Diners who arrive late may have their dining duration shortened.
- Strictly no mix & match of Sky Dining menu in a dining cabin.
- For your safety, and in compliance with regulations by the authorities , helium balloons and any flammable items including birthday candles are strictly not allowed in the cabin.
- Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car.
- All confirmed sessions booked cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.
