- Please redeem your Universal Studios Singapore / Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket by 4:30PM on your day of visit at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counter before proceeding to the attraction.
- Please redeem your Adventure Cove Waterpark admission ticket by 2:00PM on your day of visit at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters before proceeding to the attraction.
- Each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only. Each e-ticket can only be used once.
- Once the ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilized and cannot be reused on other days.
- No partial redemption of any e-ticket shall be allowed.
- Cable Car operating hours: 8:45am - 10pm (Last boarding 9.30pm).
- SkyPass (One-day Unlimited Rides) includes unlimited rides on Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line for a day only.
- SkyOrb Cabin operates on the Mount Faber Line, boarding either at Mount Faber Cable Car station or Sentosa Cable Car station.
- Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car.
- All confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or amended.
- No extension of validity period will be entertained.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group will deny usage of tickets and admission, if the tickets are found to be duplicated.
- Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the right to refuse redemption if required documents are inadequately furnished.
- In the event of any dispute, Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the discretion of a final decision based on our electronic records.
